All registrations for Run For Infinity events are subject to this Refund Policy. Registration fees include the race fee plus applicable service and processing charges. Service fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable in all cases.
If you wish to cancel your registration, the following refund schedule applies based on the number of days before the event date:

To request a cancellation and refund, please email us at hello@run4infinity.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Confirmation Number]". Include your full name, registered email address, confirmation number, and reason for cancellation. We will process your request within 2 business days of receiving it.
If Run For Infinity cancels an event entirely (not postpones), registered participants will receive a full refund of the race fee within 14 business days. Service and processing charges are non-refundable. If an event is postponed to a later date, your registration will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
You may request a change of race category (e.g., from 10K to 5K) up to 15 days before the event, subject to availability. If the new category has a lower fee, the difference will not be refunded. If the new category has a higher fee, you will be required to pay the difference. Category changes are not permitted within 15 days of the event.
If you register but do not participate on race day without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. Race kits and medals will not be redistributed or sent by post for no-shows.
