Please read these terms carefully before registering for any Run For Infinity event.

By registering for any Run For Infinity event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register. Run For Infinity reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age on the date of the event, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 18. By registering, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the chosen race category. Participants with medical conditions must consult a physician before registering.
All registrations are confirmed only upon successful payment. Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Run For Infinity reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion. Registrations are not transferable to another person or another event edition.
Participation in a running event involves physical exertion and inherent risk. You acknowledge that you are in good health and physically fit to participate. Run For Infinity, its organizers, sponsors, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, or loss of property arising from participation in the event. All participants are encouraged to carry personal medical identification and inform our medical team of any pre-existing conditions.
Participants must follow all instructions from race officials, volunteers, and marshals. Bib numbers must be worn visibly on the front at all times. Participants must not use performance-enhancing substances. Any participant found cheating, using abusive language, or behaving in an unsportsmanlike manner will be disqualified without refund. Littering on the race course is strictly prohibited.
By participating in a Run For Infinity event, you grant Run For Infinity and its partners the right to photograph, film, and record your participation. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without any compensation to you. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organizers in writing before the event.
Run For Infinity reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to adverse weather, government directives, public safety concerns, or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, our Refund Policy will apply. Run For Infinity shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
By registering, you waive all claims against Run For Infinity, its directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and partners for any injury, damage, loss, or death arising from your participation in the event. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and take full responsibility for your safety and well-being during the event.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from participation in Run For Infinity events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
